Since 1988, Grand Long has supplied precision injection-moulded components to manufacturers in consumer electronics, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, environmental monitoring and industrial equipment. Our 10,000 m² Shenzhen plant combines 30+ injection machines — 45 to 750 tons — with in-house tooling, double-injection capability and a full secondary-process workshop, giving us the flexibility to serve both high-volume consumer brands and low-volume specialist producers from a single facility. Every project is backed by ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental standards, with geometric precision verified to 0.0001mm on 3D CNC vision measuring equipment.
