How we handle the details you submit.
This policy explains what Grand Long collects when you request a quotation or send us drawings, why we need it, how it is stored, and how you can have it corrected or removed.
What this policy covers.
This policy applies to the enquiry form on our website and to the details you send us when you request a quotation, ask for tooling or molding support, or upload drawings for review. It describes how those details are collected, used, stored and shared.
We are a manufacturer headquartered in Hong Kong with production in Shenzhen. The enquiries you submit are received by our sales and engineering teams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

Only what the enquiry needs.
We collect the information you enter in the enquiry form together with the files you choose to attach. We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect anything you have not given us.
- Contact details — name, company, email address and telephone number.
- Project details — project type, project stage, surface or secondary finish, material and estimated annual volume.
- Your message — the description of your requirement, plus any CAD files, drawings or documents you upload (stored privately).
- Site data — basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, recorded automatically by our hosting environment, and the cookies or local storage needed for the site to work, for example remembering your language.
To answer your enquiry, nothing else.
Your details are used to prepare and send you a quotation, to review the drawings you send, to discuss tooling, materials and finishing with you, and to keep a record of the project.
If you ask for an NDA before we review your drawings, we use your contact details to arrange it and we keep your drawings to the people who need to assess them.
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for third-party advertising.
Stored privately, seen only by the people who need it.
Enquiry records are held in the secured database of our application, and the drawings you upload are kept in private storage: they are never publicly listed, and any download link generated for internal review expires after a limited time.
Access to enquiry records is restricted to the Grand Long staff handling your project and to account administrators. Uploaded files and enquiry details are visible only to those users.
Access is limited, and the systems holding enquiry data fall under our normal IT and quality procedures.
Who sees your details, and for how long.
We share enquiry details only with the Grand Long teams that need them to quote and manufacture — sales, engineering, tooling and quality — and with the service providers who run our systems under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell or rent enquiry details and we do not publish them.
We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to deal with your request and to meet our contractual, accounting and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete them, we remove the enquiry and the drawings you uploaded, unless we are required by law to keep a record.
Access, correction, deletion.
You can ask us what enquiry details we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete them, or withdraw your consent to further contact at any time.
Send the request from the email address you used on the enquiry form so that we can verify it, and we will respond as quickly as we can.
